A thunderous Teboho Mokoena strike in first-half stoppage time sealed Mamelodi Sundowns' second CAF Champions League title as they drew 1-1 away at AS FAR at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, clinching a 2-1 aggregate final win.
Mamelodi Sundowns will travel to Rabat to defend their 1-0 lead on Sunday in the second leg of the CAF Champions League final.
Portuguese coaches Sundowns' Miguel Cardoso and AS FAR's Alexandre Santos say their CAF achievements are not being widely celebrated in their home country, as they feel people underestimate the challenge of coaching in Africa.
